Marchants Lea Branding

Marchants Lea in Matfield, Kent was a small luxury development on the edge of a sought after village surrounded by countryside with good connections. This brand needed to pull in a variety of buyers and emphasise the development’s unique position.

Several initial designs were developed after site visits, research into the local area and the history of the site, and presented to the team for review. Feedback was collected and a final design developed to present back to the team including stakeholders. This design is then used across several different platforms including; large format print for hoarding, digital brochures, printed floorplans, branded web pages, HTMLs and social media. If requested adverts and collateral for agents were created.
